Ford & Doonan, awarded Best Customer Service – Supplier at 2020 Master Builders Association Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards for the fifth year in a row.

 

On Saturday 22nd February 2020, the annual Master Builders Housing Excellence Awards were held at Crown Towers. A night of celebration and awards that brought together the key players and stakeholders within the Western Australian building sector.

Ford & Doonan are delighted to announce that we’re the winners for Best Customer Service – Supplier. That makes it our fifth year in a row.

This prestigious award recognises hard work, dedication and brilliant customer service throughout the buying cycle for suppliers to the housing sector, and perfectly timed as we mark 35 years of business in 2020.

To be eligible, Award entrants must submit an entry detailing the various customer touchpoints throughout the buying cycle, installation, and post completion, along with examples of supporting documentation and processes performed. In addition, the MBA independently audits and reviews work performed and client satisfaction.

To win the award is awesome, but to win it five years in a row is a testament to all the staff and contractors of the Eleven Ford & Doonan stores across Western Australia. We would also like to thank our builders and customers for giving us the privilege of supplying them with air conditioning solutions.
