Our Solar Energy Perth head office is located in Kardinya, and home to the major warehouse facilities, accounts dept, service dept, commercial division, builders direct division, and general sales. The Kardinya offices are spread between three buildings, 2 on Weatherburn way and one on Parkinson lane. With over 60 staff based from this office and a fleet of over 35 vehicles.

Service of AC unit carried out efficiently. Replacement parts were needed and the second serviceman was also polite and efficient. However the staff at the Kardinya branch we had to deal with left a lot to be desired, especially regarding payment. They appeared to expect us to pay without being issued with an invoice. More training required in the Kardinya Accounts Dept.

I've had my aircon for a couple of years now, never had any problems. Have had it serviced a couple of times and Josh is really friendly and helpful. He's always on time and calls beforehand to let you know he's on the way. He also goes above and beyond to make sure I know what I'm doing with the controller as I'm IT illiterate! I also had a technician out to look at the controller when it had an error message and he too went above and beyond with helping me understand the app!
