Installation was prompt and the guys did a great job; they had to deal with a couple tricky bits, which they worked out efficiently. From Scott coming out at short notice to organise a quote on removing the old unit and installing a new upgraded system, to Dave and Chris installing it a week later, to Ryan organizing a custom duct to be manufactured overnight due to an unexpected tight spot and installing it first thing the next morning. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We're so happy with how much better it is than our old system. Thank you.
